DBpixelhouse worked with global fuel and energy giant Shell to make their 2016 conference at Celtic Manor a truly interactive experience.
We issued each of the 300 delegates in the auditorium with an iPad which connected them with the conference speaker. The tablets enabled bidirectional communication between the speaker and audience—at certain points of the keynote, delegates were invited to respond to snap surveys or submit questions. The results of which were displayed on the main conference screen on stage. Rather than simply being spoken at, the delegates felt as though they were part of the conference thanks to the two-way communication fostered throughout the congress.
The solution for Shell was a versatile one, it could be used with any number of devices across multiple stages, with the option of live streaming the on-stage action, ensuring all delegates enjoy an uninterrupted view of the conference.
