Role Account Manager
DBpixelhouse is looking to hire an Account Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining excellent client relationships, with both new and established customers. We are looking for an AM who will work tirelessly to understand the customers event aspirations and who will, through their excellent technical knowledge, propose appropriate technical solutions with the wow factor.
A solid knowledge of the audio-visual market is essential, as well as the willingness to continually update knowledge and skills. These are combined with expert interpersonal skills necessary to operate comfortably at the most senior level, both internally and externally.
The AM is responsible for running their own jobs, working closely with the operational DB team to deliver amazing event solutions on site, whilst keeping a close eye on the financials, ensuring that all work delivers to standard margins. They will have annual targets and KPIs to meet and will report their figures at the weekly sales meetings to a 3-month pipeline.
There will be responsibility for maintaining a safe working environment in accordance with Health and Safety legislation, as well as strict adherence to DBpixelhouse procedures on and off site.
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, ensuring that all quotes are comprehensively completed, and sales administration is fulfilled to the highest standards.
The role includes the opportunity to travel – onsite account management, and weekend working may be required.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the exhibitions and events industry, along with 3-4 years’ experience in a sales environment.
